Our Warranty Commitment
At GPT (Hengyang Global Power Technology Co., Ltd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ritar International Group, we design and manufacture our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery systems to the highest international standards.
GPT warrants all its standard lithium battery products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 Years (36 Months) from the original date of purchase or shipment.

Warranty Claim & Repair Process
How to Request Warranty Support (4-Step Process)
Step 1: Gather Product Information
Before submitting a request, please collect your Product Serial Number (S/N), proof of purchase (invoice or bill of lading), and a brief description/photos/videos of the issue.
Step 2: Submit an Online Ticket
Submit your warranty claim directly through our centralized Online Warranty Form below. All warranty claims are handled directly by GPT Headquarters Technical Team to ensure swift and consistent evaluation.
Step 3: Remote Technical Diagnosis
Our engineering team will review your case within 24 business hours. We may guide you through basic diagnostic steps or request BMS error logs to determine if a remote fix or part replacement is needed.
Step 4: Resolution & Replacement
Once the warranty claim is verified, GPT HQ will coordinate the appropriate resolution—sending replacement parts, issuing a product exchange, or providing technical remedies according to our warranty terms.

What is NOT covered by the 3-Year Warranty?
The warranty does not cover damages caused by physical abuse, water submersion (unless specified with IP rating), improper wiring/charging parameters outside specified limits, unapproved disassembly, or force majeure events.
How are shipping costs handled for warranty returns or replacements?
For verified warranty defects within the valid period, GPT HQ will cover the logistics cost for sending replacement units or functional components as specified in our detailed warranty policy agreement.
What if I need out-of-warranty repairs?
