Objective: Deploy a 110MW / 243MWh utility-scale battery energy storage system in the Atacama region of Chile to capture excess solar generation, mitigate severe photovoltaic curtailment, shift clean energy to peak evening demand hours, and provide crucial frequency response and grid stability to the Chilean National Electrical System (SEN).
